PIONEER PROFILE TYPES

Pioneer reinforced bamboo foamed-PVC composite can be used as stunning outdoor decking or as open joint cladding in wall applications. Decking profiles are available in a 140 mm width (grooved and square edge), and a 145 mm width (grooved only). Fascia boards are available in a 150 mm or 184 mm width for use as trim or other accents. All boards can be cut using standard tools. CHAIN collated clips are designed for use with the grooved edges, while HULK colour matching top fixing screws are made for use with non-grooved edges and fascia boards.

The Pioneer single sided grooved board is reinforced and offers a flawless, fastener-free final look thanks to grooves along its edges which are designed for streamlined installation using Chain collated clips.

The Pioneer single sided square edge board is reinforced and is designed for use as decking or for creative vertical installations, like cladding. Install using HULK colour matching top fixing screws.

Pioneer starter board

The Pioneer wide single sided starter board is lighter weight and is ideal for creating a picture frame effect for decks and for use on stairs edges. It simplifies installation by accommodating grooved boards while offering a solid square outside edge. Install using CHAIN collated clips on the grooved edge and HULK colour matching top fixing screws on the square edge.

Pioneer fascia board

Pioneer single sided fascia boards are designed for use in vertical applications as decking trim or cladding. They are non-load bearing profiles that add a neat finish to deck sides or other areas and are fastened using colour matching HULK top fixing composite trim screws.

Pioneer has a glass fiber-reinforced core to create a more robust composite profile that can span further than competing PVC composites, giving you the perfect combination of beauty, strength, and durability.
The Pioneer reinforced core works as a stabilising sheet and reduces expansion and contraction drastically when compared to other standard PVC composite decking products.
