Modular Pergola Kits

The Pergola on a Pallet range has been simplified into four modular SKU’s. The focus is on a modern aesthetic only, using minimal structure for an open look, with a standardised height of 2.55 m. Sizes are built around a total pack length of 2.9 m, and currently only available in the Savanna colour. The four SKU’s provide scalable, cost-effective solutions while keeping the part count and SKU’s complexity low.

MODERN PERGOLA ADD-ON
2.9 x 2.8 x 2.55 m

This modern pergola add-on is designed to exapand the full range offering, through various applications. Its flexibility enables tailored layouts without introducing new components.

APPLICATION A
The Modern Pergola Add-On can be used as a s tand alone item, when connected to an existing wall or structure, using the Concealed Clip-In bracket supplied.

This SKU serves as the core unit in the range, offering a balanced footprint suited to most outdoor spaces. It is fully self-contained, easy to install with concealed connectors, and optimised for weight and packaging efficiency.

APPLICATION B
The Modern Pergola Add-On unit can be connected to another Modern Pergola Add-On unit using the Concealed Beam Straight Splice Assembly. By connecting two Modern Pergola Add-Ons to each other, you are able to create one larger pergola, with no central support.

APPLICATION C
The Modern Pergola Add-On unit can be connected to the Modern Pergola unit using the Clip-In Bracket assembly. This extends your modern pergola into a larger pergola, with central support posts.

Pergola Screen

The screen module attaches to any 3 m side o f the pergola, adding shade and partial privacy. It can also in corporate additional beams overhead to increase roof cover, giving flexibility to enhance both enclosure and shading as required. Component QTY Unit Weight [kg] Notes Lifespan Concealed

Pergola Batten Kit

The batten kit attaches on top of the joists, creating a lightweight, cost-effective screen. Using Eva-tech battens, it delivers shade and partial privacy at a lower cost than standard Lifespan beams, with the option to extend coverage by adding battens overhead.

Battens would need to be fastened more regularly. If the battens are used to form a screen along a side th en intermediatory supports are needed depending on expected wind load.
