The 222-room hotel was designed to meet a client brief of being a substantial building that was architecturally sophisticated yet functional and would enhance the area’s appeal. Construction of South Africa’s second Radisson RED was completed in August 2021, using materials that were specified to be low in maintenance requirements but architecturally relevant to the hotel’s discerning guests and travellers.
